  20. the implementation difficulties that C++ semantics offer.  I stand by
  21. my answer above.

  23. I'd still be interested in seeing any suggestions for how we gauge the
  24. pervasiveness of a language, so we can look back in a year, and tell if
  25. C++ really is in decline.
